Choose where customers reach ify, and where your team gets involved

Bring customer requests into a configured support workflow and define when your team should receive an approval request or handoff.

A customer-support channel and an internal notification destination serve different purposes. Check the supported role, setup requirements and limitations for each channel before enabling it.

Two different ways a channel can participate

Support for notifications does not automatically mean that ify can receive and resolve customer requests through the same app.

Explore supported channels

Check whether the channel receives customer requests, delivers notifications, supports approvals or provides another verified function.

  • Email support

Reads the full thread, checks billing and CRM before replying, and escalates with the thread attached.

  • WhatsApp support

Reads the full conversation and resolves inside WhatsApp Business.

  • Website chat widget

Resolves live chat using the page and cart context the visitor is already on.

  • Slack

Resolves customer conversations inside Slack Connect.

  • Helpdesk

Resolves tickets inside Zendesk, Freshdesk and other existing helpdesks.

Set up the channel for your workflow

  1. 1

    Confirm its supported role

Check whether the channel receives customer requests, delivers notifications, supports approvals or provides another verified function.

  2. 2

    Connect the required account

Follow the channel-specific setup instructions and grant the permissions required for the supported workflow.

  3. 3

    Connect relevant knowledge and actions

ify builds knowledge from documentation, websites, release notes, videos and past resolved tickets. Supported business actions require the relevant connected apps.

  4. 4

    Configure human involvement

Choose autonomous operation, Human-in-the-loop or AI Assist by ticket type. Set instructions, guardrails and handoff rules appropriate for the workflow.

  5. 5

Test the customer and team experience

Check request receipt, response delivery, required human involvement and exception handling before expanding the rollout.

Apply instructions across channels or to one

ify supports instructions configured across channels or for an individual channel.

Use this to reflect the workflow and response requirements of each enabled channel. Shared instructions do not establish shared customer conversation memory across channels.

Understand channel and provider costs

Review ify’s resolution-based pricing alongside any charges associated with the selected channel.
